Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment location. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Because our scent products are designed for field use, opened or used scent products are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we'll work to make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
